Shipping Policy

Where we ship

Havenyard currently ships within Canada only. We are working on opening United States delivery — if you are in the US and want to be told when we do, email us.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery estimates

Destination	Estimated delivery after processing
Canada — urban centres	7–15 business days
Canada — rural and remote	10–20 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs processing, carrier backlogs, and peak season volume between November and December can add time. We would rather state a realistic window than a flattering one.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight, and is shown in full before you pay.

Split shipments

Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate parcels on different days, at no extra cost to you.

Tracking

You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. If tracking has not updated in 7 business days, contact us and we will chase the carrier.

Items we cannot ship

Fire pit fuel and pressurised fuel canisters are classified as dangerous goods and cannot be shipped. These are available at any hardware retailer.

Undeliverable or refused parcels

If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or delivery was refused, we will refund the item cost less the outbound and return shipping we were charged. Please double-check your address at checkout.
