We're picky about what we carry. Every product page is written to answer the questions you'd ask in a store — including the unflattering ones. If something has a real limitation, it's in the FAQ on that page, not buried in a review you find three months after buying it. Our solar lights say plainly that they run shorter in December. Our fire pit says plainly that it isn't smokeless.
How we ship
We work with fulfillment partners rather than holding stock ourselves. That keeps our range wide and prices competitive. It also means delivery takes longer than a same-day retailer — so we publish real timelines on our shipping page instead of promising two days and missing.
If something goes wrong
Email us and a person will answer. Our returns policy is written in plain language, and we don't make you fight for a refund on something that arrived damaged or didn't match the page.
