Shipping Policy
Where We Ship
Havenyard currently ships within Canada only.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before they're handed off to a carrier. We work with fulfillment partners rather than holding stock ourselves, which lets us offer a wider range at better prices — the tradeoff is that processing takes a little longer than a retailer shipping from their own warehouse. If an item is unexpectedly delayed, we'll email you.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Standard: $12.00 CAD — free on orders over $75 CAD
- Express: $20.00 CAD
Delivery estimates shown at checkout are provided by the carrier and begin once your order ships, not from the order date. These are estimates, not guarantees — we aren't able to control carrier delays or other events outside our control.
Order Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you first receive it.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we ship to the address provided on your order and aren't able to redirect a package once it's with the carrier. Havenyard isn't responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout. For security reasons, we're unable to ship to freight-forwarding or package-reshipping services.
Delayed or Missing Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, start by checking your tracking link. If tracking shows delivered but you can't locate your package, or if it's significantly overdue, see the "Order never arrived?" section of our Refund & Return Policy — the process and timelines for missing-package claims are covered there.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because processing begins quickly, we can only accommodate changes or cancellations within a few hours of ordering. Contact us as soon as possible at henrygeno@icloud.com if you need to make a change — once an order has entered processing, we may not be able to modify or cancel it.
